Terms and Conditions
Subscription
A. The monthly subscription fee for Cable TV and internet services refers to the monthly subscription package on the subscription information selected by the subscriber. The free Cable TV service applies for the first TV only, additional of Php 200.00 shall be charged for every extension.
B. The monthly subscription fee for bundled service promo is indicated in the Subscription Information as a bundled plan
Posting of Payments
All posting of payments made online, like GCash will be posted on KABAYAN BROADBAND’s system after two (2) days from the date of payment made by the subscriber. The subscriber’s service will remain uninterrupted (no possibility of disconnection) if the subscriber makes such payment through online channels after least 2 days prior to their monthly due date.
Activation Fee, Installation Fee (if application) and Device Fee
Installation shall only commence once the subscriber has completed and understood the subscription agreement and payment of necessary fees including but not limited to: (1) installation fees, if applicable, (2) reconnection fees, if applicable, (3) Set-Top Box activation and/or reactivation fees, (4) excess coaxial or drop fiber cable, and (5) other materials and other applicable fees for Cable TV and/or Broadband Internet Service.
Customer Premise Equipment (CPE)
KABAYAN BROADBAND shall provide Customer Premise Equipment such as Optical Network Unit (ONU) and/or Digital Set-Top Boxes and other additional equipment peripherals such as drop cable patch cords, connectors, and other materials required for the delivery of broadband service and Cable TV service. These equipment shall remain as properties of KABAYAN BROADBAND.
The subscriber is responsible for the care of the CPE.
The subscriber is entitled to immediate replacement or repair of CPE if it becomes defective due to factor fault or under a warranty period of 1 year. However, if the defect is due to the negligence of the subscriber, the subscriber must shoulder the cost of repairs, maintenance, or replacement of the CPE even during the warranty period.
Relocation and Transfer Fee
Service reconnection/transfer of location will be subjected to the availability of access points. A corresponding transfer fee on a new location shall be charged on a case-to-case basis or a minimum of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00).
Additional Terms & Conditions
I. KABAYAN
BROADBAND hereby grants the subscriber its Cable TV services which consist of
Local and International channels and/or its Broadband Internet service, where
service lines are available.
II. The subscriber hereby allows duly authorized personnel from KABAYAN BROADBAND to conduct their inspection for the cable and internet installation at any reasonable time or time agreed upon.
III. The subscriber must report any noticeable defect in the signal reception so that the Cable TV technician can respond as soon as possible to repair and/or adjust the signal. The subscriber shall not hold KABAYAN BROADBAND liable for any defect in reception resulting from defective television, power fluctuations, and any other causes beyond the control of the CATV System.
IV. Subscribers shall agree that KABAYAN BROADBAND has the authority to temporarily disconnect service if there are: (1) violation of terms and conditions in this agreement, (2) misinterpretation in the application service, (3) illegal connection or unauthorized use of equipment, (4) misuse of CPE, (5) unauthorized transfer or relocation of CPE, and (6) failure to update billing address and contact details.
